SmaartCoach was created by Sabrina Lopes Bispo de Sá Youte, an entrepreneur who believes that world-class fitness and nutrition coaching shouldn't be a luxury reserved for people who can afford a personal trainer. With a sharp business mindset and a genuine drive to help people take control of their health, Sabrina set out to put a real coach in the one place everyone already lives every day — WhatsApp.

She built SmaartCoach to remove every excuse standing between a person and their goals: no new app to download, no complicated spreadsheets — just a simple conversation that logs your meals, guides your workouts, tracks your progress, and keeps you accountable. Every part of the product reflects her philosophy that consistency beats complexity, and that the best coach is the one that meets you where you already are.
